Karen Mason | Founder & Program Facilitator
Karen is a New York Botanical Garden–trained horticultural therapist and Master Gardener certified in two states. With decades of experience working with plants and people, she designs nature-based programs that are accessible, thoughtfully paced, and easy for every resident to participate in.
Her approach balances structure with flexibility, allowing residents to take part at their own comfort level while feeling supported and successful.
Karen personally facilitates each SageGarden program, creating a calm, welcoming experience where residents can relax, participate, and feel confident and proud of what they create.
